Thank you for your interest in one of Canada's oldest club's, the Windermere Golf & Country Club. A membership in the Club entitles you to benefits, programs and events exclusive to your membership.

The Board of Directors determines annually the number of available full adult memberships, for the 2009 season the number has been limited to less than thirty new memberships.

Securing a membership in the Windermere Golf & Country Club, an historical icon in the Muskoka's golf community since 1919, will assure you access now and in the future to a Club committed to bringing enjoyment to your leisure activities.

Your Prospective Membership Trial

Thank you for your consideration of membership at Windermere Golf & Country Club. Please find listed below several trial offers to our facility which we are certain will positively assist you in your decision.

Mens' Day, Ladies' Day, Mixed Event Invitation
To experience the real camaraderie and fellowship of Windermere Golf & Country Club, the Board of Directors would like to invite you to participate in one of our Members' Events. You may choose one of our sections to participate in. Notify one of our staff members which event and date you wish to participate in and they will do the rest. Your participation would be subject to the regular fees of the event, and green fees.

We hope these help to assist you in your decision and look forward to you swinging in to play at Windermere in 2010.

Golf & Tennis activities for Senior and Junior members are annually strengthened through the strong efforts of our captains and professional staff. Programs, tournaments, lessons and events are organized to meet the needs of various age groups.

Ladies's & Mens Golf Days
Join friends and colleagues each week during the summer season for a variety of golf events followed by a luncheon in the Clubhouse. New members are welcome to participate (don't be shy, our Captains will contact you to participate).

InterClub Matches
Arranged with our neighbouring clubs - for bragging rights only (Muskoka Lakes Golf & C.C. / Beaumaris Yacht Club)

Club Championship Golf
On the serious side, all members are welcome to participate in both Gross, Net and Match play events

Junior Golf & Tennis Programs
Summer sessions are scheduled for golf and tennis for children 8 to 14 years of age - instruction and play are designed to develop skills, good attitudes and long lasting friendships

Mixed Golf Events
Our Captains conjure up events through the season to surely challenge all aspects of the game. A social always follows the event to put all things back in perspective (do not miss out on these, especially the Arthur Treble/Champions Night- Saturday, August 28th. 1:00pm Shotgun start). Should your partner not be a member they are welcome to participate as a guest.

Muskoka Pepsi Cola Junior Golf Championship
Windermere is the host Club of this annual Junior event. (Thursday July 15, 2010 Tee times starting at 12:00pm)

Tennis Round Robins
Ladies and Mixed Round Robins are scheduled throughout the summer season. Events are professionally arranged and implemented.

Parade Day
You can't miss this. Our Juniors decorate floats and carts in support of the annual Lions Club Parade. (Wednesday July 14, 2010 is parade day!!!! Fireworks for everyone to follow that evening)

Watch for More
This schedule never ends. Our Captains and Directors are formulating new and authentic events. Our Clubhouse will be hosting a number of theme nights.
