Corporate Outings
Windermere Golf & Country Club hosts many corporate outings seasonally. We can accomodate from as few as 16 participants to as many 144. Windermere features a modern fleet of power carts, and retains the services of fleet operators to transport addidtional carts in for larger events. Our association with Windermere House, Paquana Cottages and the Baldwins Resorts provides you with all the essentials needed for your corporate outing.
The following services are available for your corporate event:
Golf - One of Muskoka's maturest courses, providing a balance of challenge for the avid player and fairness for the rookie.
Power Carts -Fully Loaded!!! 34 Electric Carts on site with availability of additional carts for major events
Corporate Meeting Rooms - our location in Windermere provides a large selection of rooms and seating capacities. Windermere Golf & Country Club features both a meeting room for smaller numbers to a banquet room for larger meetings. Windermere House and Baldwins Resorts, are within a sandwedge shot of the golf course and can specialize in corporate outings. All audio and visual equipment, fax/copy services are all available (additional costs may apply)
Rental Equipment - Windermere Golf Club has equipment available for both, the avid and novice player. For the avid player we feature Callaway Equipment that are 11pc sets, both Right Hand and Left Handed. Should you have limited space on your travel, rental equipment is here for you, just pack your swing and come see us. Should your group be playing our facility and wishing to play at other courses we can arrange for you to take the equipment with you. No need to go through the rental process a second time.
Corporate Apparel and Equipment - Windermere Golf & Country Club is a specialist in outfitting Corporate Events. Our purchasing agreements with our suppliers provide us with the best pricing, and we pass the savings on to you. Our suppliers include, SunIce, Cutter & Buck, Aureus, Titleist, Spalding,Callaway, Foot Joy, Illiac,Hugo Boss, Warminister,Puma, Quagmire and Second Skin. We'd be pleased to provide you with a quote. No need to carry all this product with you, we can have it here waiting for your arrival.
Travel Arrangements - as a member of Muskoka Tourism, we can arrange with the appropriate members any service needed to get you and your group here. We can arrange it all.
