Lou Salvino - President
Lou Salvino's background is mainly in the financial services industry and owns The Financial Forum Ltd., a mortgage brokerage firm in Vaughan, Ontario. He has been a licensed Mortgage Broker since 1983. In addition, he has provided consulting and financial services to many small businesses over the years. Entry into the golf business started somewhat by chance, however, he takes it very seriously and dedicates much of his time and attention towards making Northern Dunes a great facility. Lou is in constant communication with management, who provide the necessary feedback to oversee the operations.

Although you do not see him at the course on a daily basis, his visits are frequent and he enjoys communicating with all the members, guests and staff.

Tiffany Greig - Clubhouse Manager 
Tiffany Greig has been with us for over 3 seasons.   She has an extensive background in the service industry. Tiffany has worked at such prestigious locales as the Wiarton Inn and Waterview on the Bay, Little Cove in Tobermory and Marydale's in Lion's Head. Tiffany has strong roots in the community. She is also a proud teacher in the Bluewater District School Board.

Tiffany has a strong action plan for a newer simplified menu and continued service for the golfing season. Tiffany excels at customer satisfaction and wants everyone to feel welcome and enjoy their experience enough for a return visit. 

Terry Dugdale - Pro Shop Manager

Terry Dugdale is not new to the staff at Northern Dunes, but is in a new position as Pro Shop Manager.  Terry was the Golf Pro at Northern Dunes five years ago and enjoyed his experience so much that sought a new position with the Northern Dunes family.  Terry is from Windsor, Ontario and has been in the golf  industry for 22 years as an instructor, manager and general manager.  He has worked all over the United States, Canada, and even England.  Terry has some new and fresh ideas to ensure that your guest and playing experience is one of the best that you have had.

Terry has worked in Pompano Beach, Fla., Baton Rouge, Dallas, Texas, Vancouver, Northern Ontario, Southern Ontario, and Grimsby England.

Jason Dowling - Golf Course Superintendent
Jason Dowling has been with us for over 3 seasons now as the course superintendent. Jason has been involved in the golf industry for over 18 years. He understands and recognizes that GOLF is our product. He is committed to ensuring your playing and guest experience is the best it can be. He has established short and long term maintenance goals for Northern Dunes Golf Club and we are certain you will see pleasant improvements to the course and turf operations over time.

Jason has worked at such clubs as The National Golf Club of Canada, Woodbridge, Ontario, The Mad River Golf Club, Creemore, Ontario, Golf Tremblant, Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Nottawasaga Inn Golf Club, Alliston, Ontario, Duntroon Highlands Golf Club, Duntroon, Ontario, and Circled Pine & Anderson Park Golf Clubs, C.F.B Borden, Ontario.
